I create a therapeutic atmosphere that combines creativity, compassion, positive regard, empathy, and warmth with scientifically backed interventions that can assist you with meeting your goals and becoming the best version of yourself. I enjoy helping people in their journey towards healing and gaining a sense of peace, freedom, empowerment within themselves; and a greater understanding of who they are.
