Welcome, I am glad you're here. My name is Dana and I am a caring and empathetic therapist. Life can be stressful, overwhelming and isolating. It can be truly helpful to talk to someone who is there to listen without judgement, validate your needs and sit with you in painful feelings. Together, we can make sense of things and build tools to deal with the difficult parts of life. I believe that finding a therapist you feel comfortable and safe with is the most important factor in creating a helpful and positive therapy experience for you.
