I’m Dr. Dafna Gauthier, a licensed psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals heal from childhood experiences, relationship challenges, emotional wounds, and patterns that no longer serve them. My approach is compassionate, empowering, and focused on helping clients better understand themselves while creating meaningful and lasting change. I integrate therapeutic modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches to help clients process unresolved emotions, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with their authentic selves.
