You may seem like you are functioning well on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck. You might find yourself overthinking, second-guessing, or pushing through anxiety, burnout, or self-doubt while trying to meet high expectations in school, work, or within yourself. This can leave you feeling drained, disconnected, or unsure of who you are. I work with individuals who are navigating high-functioning anxiety, depression, burnout, OCD, loneliness, and self-esteem or relationship challenges. Many describe feeling self-critical and caught in patterns that are hard to shift, like perfectionism or people-pleasing.
