In 23 years of counselling experiences, it has been an honor to walk with people on their healing journey and assist in empowering them to realize their true potential.  Skilled in treating individuals, couples, families and groups from diverse populations, all with unique needs, gifts and strengths. Specialized training in providing Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT, EFT, Mindfulness, trauma informed and centered psychotherapy.
