Providing a balance of support and challenge, my approach to healing is holistic and comprehensive. I believe that each individual has all of the inner resources they need to achieve a sense of balance and equanimity. My role is merely to provide a safe, non-judgmental container in which they can reach their own integration - cognitively, emotionally and somatically. I aim to assist the individual's journey-making process through offering new ways at looking through the lens which often gets obscured by many mitigating factors. Clarity is the goal.
