If you are struggling with anything in your life, it's important to know that there is help and support available. No issue is too big or too small to take that first step and reach out. Whether you a struggling with work, relationships, trauma, grief, self-esteem, anxiety or depression, I will work with you to navigate through these difficult situations. Clients access support for a variety of different reasons and I will work with you in a collaborative way to establish goals that lead to what you envision feeling better might look like. I work primarily with older adolescents, adults and couples.
