I’m a bi-racial mom of two and an LCSW, and I want you to know that if pregnancy or postpartum has shifted your identity, your relationships, or the way you feel about yourself, you’re not alone. Whether you’re feeling anxious during pregnancy, struggling to bond with your baby, grieving the loss of your “old self,” or trying to make sense of changing relationships and identities, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I’m here to support you. My goal is to offer a warm, understanding space where you can feel seen, validated, and empowered as you navigate this season of your life.
