Are you or your adolescent looking for the strength and courage to address difficult life situations? Do you not know where to begin? I know it can be difficult to ask for help. However, once that first step is taken with the right therapist, who appreciates and respects you as an individual, positive attainment of your goals can be achieved. I approach my work as a therapist with empathy, acceptance, compassion, and mutual respect. When working with adolescents I make it a requirement to involve the parents and provide them with frequent updates on their child.
