I believe in an integrated, person-centered approach as I recognize that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all and must be tailored to the specific needs of the individual. I encourage the development of trust, collaboration, and respect through a non-judgmental and down to earth approach, meeting you where you are at, to create a safe and inclusive environment. Trauma can create a profound impact on an individuals mind, body and relationships, but with the right support, I firmly believe that it is possible to grow and heal from trauma, no matter how long ago the trauma may have occurred.
