My main focus is substance use and addictions, which can include addiction to anything. This includes substances, pornography, sexual desires, gambling, etc. I have worked in both harm reduction AND abstinence, and so am open to whatever approach you are wanting to take. Everything is confidential, and always based on what your goals are. I am non-judgmental, open-minded, and have experience with many therapies, including CBT, narrative, IFS, and others, all of which I can integrate into the work we do. I also provide a creative element to the work we do :)
