Hi, I’m a therapist who works with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, and high-stress situations. I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable being honest without fear of judgement. I believe therapy should feel human and collaborative, not cold or clinical. My style is warm, direct, supportive, and engaging, while also helping clients challenge patterns that may be keeping them stuck.
