I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating the rollercoaster of life. I am a trauma informed therapist, which means that it is important for me that our time together is built on a foundation of safety, trust, and empowerment. I work with those who are just beginning to recognize the impacts of your childhood; those navigating traumatic life experiences and deep losses; those trying to improve boundaries, and learning to navigate difficult relationships or communication; those who need new parenting strategies; and those who know deep within that you are not the best version of yourself, and want to work to get there.
