At Blue Couch Psychotherapy Group, we provide a warm, inclusive and accountable place for every person who enters our space. Therapeutic services are offered both in-person (in Guelph) and virtually (across Ontario). We work with folks of all ages, but we take pride in our specialized work with children, youth and young adults. Some folks come to us seeking reprieve from the devastating effects of trauma, depression and anxiety, while others are looking for a comfortable place to better understand themselves. No matter the reason, we understand how difficult it is to ask for help.
