Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted, overextended, and stuck? Are you feeling disconnected and frustrated in your relationships? Maybe you’ve gone to therapy before, read books, tried to cope–but the pain and problems persist. I realize that there is rarely one problem and we often need more than symptom management. As a trauma and relationship therapist, I work with individual clients, couples and families dealing with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, grief, depression, and burnout from painful life transitions, conflict, divorce, co-parenting, loss of intimacy, betrayals, estrangement, IVF, infertility, and pregnancy loss.
