We will explore who the 'you' is under anxiety, depression, fears, difficult relationships, and low self-esteem. As a Marriage and Family Therapist and analyst, I am flexible in providing the type of treatment best suited for each client, whether it is supportive when navigating difficult life transitions or analytic when exploring the inner dynamics of psyche and Self. During our work together we can explore how dreams, art, journaling, sandtray, & creative imagination play an active part in healing.
