Real talk. Your stories. A therapist who brings the "human" into human-centered therapy. I'm an integrative therapist working with teens, adults, and couples. My practice is a unique blend which draws on narrative therapy, sprinkled in with dbt skills, cbt, and humanistic approaches — which means sessions can look different depending on what you need. Sometimes we talk. Sometimes we write, draw and externalize. The goal is always to help you understand your own story more clearly, on your own terms. I check in often and adjust as we go, because therapy should be working for you — not the other way around.
