At times, we experience or witness events in our life and workplace which change how we view the world and ourselves. These impacts may show up as conflict in relationships, substance use, depression, anxiety, and avoidance of uncomfortable situations/feelings. I work with people on issues surrounding occupational trauma, co-occurring addiction concerns, and any other impacts of their experiences with trauma. Generally, this shows up for healthcare workers, first responders and others who are exposed to traumatic events.
