Experience in working with women, children, men, couples, families and agencies, I have certificates from U of T in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Concurrent Disorders as well as training in EMDR, CBT, mindfulness/meditation, ACT, IFS, solution focused brief therapy, motivational interviewing, emotion focused, narrative therapy, experiential therapies and addiction treatment to name a few. My approaches are trauma informed. I am able to offer thorough assessments and treatment that aim to heal deeply rooted emotional and behavioural patterns that might be keeping you stuck.
