Hello! My name is Mica and I am a therapist specializing in body-based trauma healing. Trauma and grief will touch all of us at some point in our lives. However, each person is impacted in a different way. If you are finding it hard to cope with life’s overwhelming experiences, you are not alone and I can help in your journey toward healing. My goal is that each client leaves the first session feeling more hopeful and empowered. I want my clients to show up however they need to and trust that I will meet them where they are and without judgement.
