Laying in bed often wondering, "Could I do more?", "Am I enough?", and "Why does it seem like I am missing something?". Asking yourself about these kinds of things are actually brave and courageous thoughts! Many times we feel alone or are afraid to share what we think and feel because no-one wants to be judged or ridiculed. To trust someone with our inner most thoughts and feelings, must be respected and protected.
