I'm Claudine, and I'm looking forward to working with clients who are seeking a positive therapeutic relationship. I'm compassion-focused while still pushing clients to do their best and meet their goals. Psycho education is a big part of what I include in sessions to help clients understand how the process of therapy works and how my interventions can help them. The first session will be an opportunity to get to know each other and discuss what your goals are and what you want to get out of therapy. This is a chance to see if I am the best therapist for you.
