Welcome to Light Vision Counseling. I specialize in working with people who are struggling with difficult changes, grief and loss, relationship challenges and other stressful life experiences that cause anxiety, stir up negative and ruminating thoughts, and seem overwhelming. I seek to provide an atmosphere where clients can feel safe and comfortable as, together, we develop practical skills and strategies which will empower them to regain a sense of control, clarity, hope, and renewed joy in living life.
