I like to take a holistic, client-centered approach to therapy. It's important to me that clients feel seen so I take a collaborative approach since people experience life through their own unique lens. I enjoy working with the LGBTQIA+ community, college students, individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, traumatic events, ADHD and those experiencing life transitions. I work with any age but I prefer working with those 16 and older as I find younger children struggle with telehealth.
