Whether you’re a parent seeking support for your child or someone who’s needing someone to talk to, I offer empathetic support and tools to help navigate life's many stressors. I work with children, teens, college students, and adults facing challenges with anxiety, depression, school/career burnout, divorce, family relationships, and generational/complex trauma. My practice honors diversity and offers a non judgmental space for you to feel seen and heard.
