Hello, and welcome! My name is Christine Loop. I specialize in supporting adults in mid and later life who face a crossroads: you may feel depleted, stuck, or invisible after years of holding relationships, families, and responsibilities together. Many of my clients are navigating long-term relationship endings, 'empty nest' syndrome, retirement transitions, grief, or other major life and health changes.
