We all have internal strengths and resources to work through life's challenges. Sometimes we lose sight of these strengths, sometimes there's gaps in our skills set, or perhaps there are blind spots in how we view a problem situation. My role is create a safe, non-judgmental space so we can discover the beliefs that are getting in the way of where you'd like to be, practice strategies to manage your current difficulties, and develop new skills to create lasting change.
