I know what it's like to think you have to figure it all out for yourself, and to be tired of being the one who figures it all out. Isn't it exhausting? And because you’re intelligent and tend to accomplish and succeed, you apply the same methods to yourself. Figuring it out, but really stuck in mental loops. It’s a tricky way the conscious mind makes you think you’re doing something, but when you get caught up in contemplation it keeps you from moving forward. You likely realize it’s you holding you back. That’s where that inner critic comes in: that part of you that says you should be able to solve the problem of how you feel.
