I work with those who are experiencing painful obstacles to living fully. It could be relationship struggles, trauma, anxiety and/or depression, or grief and loss. People develop survival strategies that can stop working and prevent growth. Coping strategies get reenacted unconsciously, and result in feeling stuck. We work together looking deep within and without, gaining insight and using our relationship to discover and access a different experience. Our collaboration of understanding dynamics/patterns, processing traumas, utilizing dreams helps to develop a fuller capacity, transforming pain into growth.
