Pregnancy and a new baby usually bring excitement and happiness, but for some parents, this time can be full of worry, fear, sadness, irritability and confusion. Maybe you are feeling alone, disconnected, overwhelmed or full of rage and guilt. Perhaps you are a new father confused because you are having similar feelings. You are not alone.
