Hi, I’m Christina, a licensed therapist with a background supporting individuals during difficult moments, including crisis support. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and life transitions. In our sessions, I bring a calm presence to the work we do together. My approach is collaborative and non-judgmental.
