As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I thrive when helping individuals navigate the transformative stages of their lives, whether it's moving to a new city, starting college, or transitioning through personal relationships. My ideal clients are adults facing these pivotal changes, seeking guidance and support to adapt and grow. I am particularly drawn to working with a diverse range of adults, from the young to the elderly, who are dealing with various mental health challenges. My clinical experience has equipped me to effectively address substance use issues and manage complex conditions such as Major Depression, PTSD and GAD.
