Many of the people I work with are exhausted from holding it together while feeling overwhelmed inside. They may be grieving, carrying the impact of past trauma, or living with anxiety that shows up both in their thoughts and in their body. They’re often looking for a space where they don’t have to minimize their experiences, explain them away, or pretend they’re okay. Together, we focus on helping them feel more grounded and safe within themselves, gently understanding long-standing patterns, and working through what the body has been holding onto. Over time, this work can support a deeper sense of calm, clarity, and trust in them
