Accepting NEW Clients - I often work with high-functioners who look capable on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck on the inside. Many struggle with anxiety, burnout, people-pleasing, perfectionism, relationship challenges, or a persistent sense that life doesn't feel the way they hoped it would. Often, they've spent years meeting expectations, taking care of others, or pushing through without stopping to ask what they truly want.
