I am a compassionate, solution-focused counsellor dedicated to helping individuals and families find balance, confidence and emotional well-being. With a background in domestic violence counselling, child protection work, and experience at a children’s treatment center supporting families of children with developmental disabilities and special needs (including autism), I bring a compassionate, practical, and deeply human approach to therapy. My work blends evidence-based strategies with a holistic and spiritual perspective, helping clients reconnect with themselves, build confidence, and move forward with clarity and self-trust.
