I work with adults and couples navigating grief and loss, life transitions, women’s issues, relationship challenges, and attachment wounds that impact connection and self-worth. Many clients come to therapy feeling emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in relational patterns, or carrying grief that feels heavy or isolating. I also support engaged and premarital couples seeking to strengthen communication and build a strong foundation for marriage. Together, we create space to understand patterns, process pain, and move toward greater emotional clarity and security.
