Many parents come to me feeling worried about their child’s anxiety, behavior, school struggles, or emotional overwhelm—and unsure how to help them feel more regulated and confident. I work with children and teens experiencing anxiety, mood concerns, ADHD, behavior challenges, social difficulties, and academic stress. I also support families navigating IEPs, evaluations, and school systems. With experience across public, private, and specialized settings, I offer evidence‑based counseling and comprehensive assessments to help students understand their strengths, build coping skills, and feel more secure at school and at home.
