I am a licensed marriage and family therapist that works with all types of relational issues. Most of my experience has been gained through treating individuals, couples, and families. Individually, I work with clients to help them cope and gain skills to use on their own. With couples, I utilize methods to give couples the ability to communicate and turn toward each other instead of away. With families, I use a systems approach to help the family interact and communicate their needs.
