My work is rooted in the belief that wellness is multidimensional and deeply personal. I partner with clients to identify what they hope to change or strengthen, and together we choose therapeutic approaches that best support their growth. My approach is grounded in a whole‑person perspective, attending to the interconnectedness of mind, body, psyche, and spirit. With more than 2 decades of experience, I have helped clients facing depression, anxiety, eating disorders, workplace injuries, and trauma‑related issues such as PTSD. It is a privilege to walk alongside people as they rediscover their resilience and capacity for healing.
