As an art therapist, I support teens navigating anxiety, school stress, relationships, identity, self-esteem, and experiences of loss, as well as women experiencing burnout, perfectionism, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients are capable, caring, and accomplished people who manage a great deal in their daily lives. Yet beneath the surface, they may feel consumed by their thoughts, overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, or stuck.
