I specialize in working with kids,teens and families dealing with big emotions, anxiety, ADHD and behavior challenges, as well as moms who feel like they are carrying the mental load of everyone in the house. When kids are melting down, shutting down, or acting out, it is easy for families to feel stuck in cycles of frustration and guilt. In our work together, we slow things down and figure out what's really driving the behavior underneath the surface. I help kids and teens build emotional regulation skills while giving parents clear, practical tools that actually work in real life.
