Hello! I am a bilingual therapist and my clients are individuals and couples who feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in reactive patterns, or burdened by anxiety, guilt, and family expectations. Many are navigating boundaries, relationship conflict, or lingering effects of past experiences that continue to impact how they feel and connect today. They want to break unhelpful cycles, regulate emotions, and communicate more clearly while staying true to their values, culture, and sense of self.
