I believe you are the expert in your own life. My role is one of listening compassionately and non-judgementally, asking questions, and gently guiding you as you look deeper at the challenges confronting you. We work together in the therapeutic space, using techniques appropriate for your unique situation; we might set goals, or simply explore more deeply whatever brings you to counselling. I consider it a privilege to do this work, and I look forward to sharing it with you.
