You may be seeking therapy because you’re carrying grief that feels hard to share — the pain of infertility, pregnancy loss, or infant loss that others may not fully understand. Perhaps trauma still feels close, your body no longer feels like a safe place, or relationships feel heavier than they once did. I work with adults navigating reproductive trauma and loss, as well as impacts of sexual abuse and attachment wounds. Many clients struggle with shame, overwhelm, difficulty trusting, or feeling disconnected from themselves.
