Life can have its ups and downs, especially when juggling parenting, blended families, relationships, family, work, and/or separation. These challenges can lead to feeling overwhelmed and cause doubt about what to do next. I offer a supportive and compassionate space grounded in a non-judgmental approach to talk through these challenging times. Drawing from mindfulness, self-compassion, emotion-focused therapy, and attachment-based principles, I help clients deepen their self-awareness, strengthen a relationship with others and with themselves, and develop tools to navigate overwhelming emotions.
