I am a Registered Psychologist specializing in anxiety, depression, women's issues and body image. It's an honour to be able to share in the experiences of my clients and I strive to provide a warm and compassionate therapy experience, free of judgment. I utilize evidence based therapy techniques, which I tailor to the unique needs of each client. I am able to offer CBT, ACT, Positive Psychology, Solution Focused Therapy, EMDR and Mindfulness based approaches.
