Many of the people I work with are longing for a more connected way of being. They may feel distant from themselves, challenged in their relationships, disconnected from meaning, creativity, spirit, or the living world. Some are navigating burnout, grief, anxiety, identity exploration, or major life transitions. Others are helpers, therapists, healthcare professionals, educators, caregivers, artists, and community leaders who spend much of their lives caring for others and are ready for a space where they, too, can be supported.
