Free therapy with Medi-cal! Many of my clients come to me feeling "successful" on the outside but completely overwhelmed on the inside. You might be the professional navigating work burnout, the parent struggling with the invisible load of family life, or a neurodivergent adult tired of "masking" to fit in. Through relationally centered therapy, I will support you in becoming present to and honor your feelings. Whether we are addressing intrusive thoughts, panic, or the feeling of being "stuck", my approach is collaborative and somatic-based.
