I have availability Monday, Friday, & Saturday. I am passionate to work with individuals who struggle with anxiety, panic attacks, grief/loss, chronic pain, relationships/friendships, life/work stress, a sense of emptiness, low self-esteem, trauma, regulating intense emotions/mood instability, avoidance, setting boundaries with self and/or others, depression, & personality issues. I help people to reconnect with their inherent inner wisdom & strength by actively listening nonjudgmentally. By being able to laugh at our selves & our patterns we begin the process of healing.
