Everyone has unique challenges and needs; however, we all share the same need to feel heard, understood and supported. Simply put, when we are authentically seen and heard, the way in which we navigate our lives and its challenges improves. It is important to me that I meet all clients with genuine empathy, honesty, and acceptance. I enjoy working from a strengths-based, positive therapeutic approach, and I believe that as the client, you are the expert of your own experience. My aim is to offer non-judgmental and open-minded insight and assistance in exploring the varying concerns that you bring to counselling.
